Director and Founder

Lawyer Gao Mingfei, founder and director of Beijing De Law Offices, Chief Guardian Officer of Family Inheritance, and the first drafter of the group standard for "Inheritance Legal Risk Management Guidelines". 

Since founding Beijing De Law Offices in November 2018, she has been a wealth inheritance management lawyer, focusing on family sustainable development (family inheritance legal risk management) and family private law practice.

Before founding Beijing De Law Offices, Lawyer Gao Mingfei worked as a senior partner lawyer at Beijing Dacheng Law Firm for nearly ten years. She has a rich educational background, including a law degree, an MBA from Renmin University of China, and an EMBA in global leadership from Guohe Yale.

Lawyer Gao Mingfei serves as a committee member in multiple professional organizations, including the Legal Risk and Compliance Management Legal Affairs Professional Committee of the Beijing Bar Association, the 12th Wealth Management Professional Committee of the Beijing Bar Association, and the Director of the Financial and Wealth Management Legal Professional Research Association of the Tongzhou District Bar Association in Beijing. She is also a member of the Rule of Law Construction Committee of the 10th Beijing Municipal Committee of the Zhigong Party and holds the qualification of independent director for listed companies.

She has 29 years of legal service experience, during which she has provided legal services to numerous well-known clients, including Mr. Ban Ki moon, the 8th Secretary General of the United Nations and Chairman of the Boao Forum for Asia, Ms. Liao Jing from the Pan Shiyi family, as well as the Huigu family, the Inheritance Family Club, and the An TongSheng Special Fund of the China Children's Charity Assistance Foundation.

Lawyer Gao Mingfei's main business areas include inheritance legal risk management, major litigation and arbitration, bankruptcy reorganization, and family private lawyer services. She pays special attention to the research on the 2030 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals for Family Safety and Security (Sustainable Development of Families). She has also collaborated with the China Association of Small and Medium sized Enterprises and published the book "Overseas Mergers and Acquisitions and Risk Prevention of Chinese Enterprises" by China Legal Publishing House in 2012.
